By purchasing or accessing the Course, you (“you,” “your,” or the “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Course.
1. Course Access
The Course is delivered online only in the form of videos, templates, and downloadable resources.
Access is lifetime and self-paced unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Atlaxer reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content to improve the Course without prior notice.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Prices are listed in USD and are charged as a one-time payment.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction.
3. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Course.
Refund requests after this period will not be honored.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

4. Intellectual Property & License
All Course content, including but not limited to videos, templates, prompts, text, graphics, and downloads, are the intellectual property of Atlaxer LTD.
By purchasing the Course, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own educational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the Course or any part of it with others without express written consent from Atlaxer.
5. Disclaimer
The Course is provided for educational purposes only.
Atlaxer makes no guarantee of results, financial outcomes, or business success.
You acknowledge that any use of the Course is at your own risk.
Atlaxer is not liable for any business losses, data loss, or damages resulting from applying or misusing the content.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Share, resell, or redistribute Course materials.
Use the Course for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the content, platform, or payment systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Atlaxer shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Atlaxer’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Course.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct contact at contact@atlaxer.com.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
9. Age Requirement
The Course is intended for individuals 18 years and older.
If you are under 18, you may only access the Course with the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
10. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Course after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
