You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
Refunds are available only if you have not consumed a substantial portion of the course (e.g., completing or downloading more than 30% of the materials).
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be eligible.
2. How Refunds Are Processed
All payments are handled securely through Stripe.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
You have accessed or downloaded a significant portion of the course materials.
You attempt to share, resell, or redistribute course content (this also violates our Terms of Service).
